Welcome to the official online store for the 4ME E‑Missionary Conference. By purchasing tickets or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final after the refund deadline (see section 3).
- Tickets are valid only for the event date and format (in-person or online) specified at checkout.
- Tickets are non-transferable without written approval.
- In-person tickets include access to sessions, workshops, and conference meals unless otherwise stated.
- A follow-up email will be sent before the conference to collect meal preferences for all in-person attendees.
2. Eligibility for Special Pricing
Discounted tickets for teachers and volunteers are available only to those who have been approved by the 4ME Conference planning team. If a discounted ticket is purchased without prior approval, the registration may be canceled or adjusted.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund due to pre-purchased, non-refundable supplies.
- 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds will be issued.
- Refunds must be requested in writing via email at in**@***********ce.com.
4. Event Changes
- We reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, or content as needed.
- If the event is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees (online or in-person) are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward speakers, staff, and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove or deny access to any individual for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
6. Media Release
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the event. These materials may be used for future promotional purposes by the 4ME Conference team.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for registration, communication, and conference-related updates. We will not sell or share your information with third parties.
