This Privacy & Media Release Policy applies to all attendees of the 4ME E‑Missionary Conference (both in-person and online), as well as all users of our website, 4MEConference.com.

1. Attendee Consent to Media Use
By registering for and attending the 4ME E‑Missionary Conference, all participants grant full permission to be photographed, recorded, or filmed during the event. This includes general event footage, session recordings, and candid or posed images captured by staff, volunteers, or authorized media personnel.

All media content gathered may be used by the 4ME Conference team and its partners for the following purposes:

• YouTube video content and livestream replays
• Social media posts and advertisements
• Conference recap videos and testimonials
• Web content or email marketing for future events

Use of this content may occur without additional notification, review, or compensation to attendees.

3. Online Participation
Virtual attendees may appear in screenshots, recorded video panels, chat transcripts, or Q&A sessions. Participation in these features constitutes consent to be included in publicly shared content.

4. Personal Information
We collect your name, contact details, and ticket selections for the purpose of registration and communication. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required for event operations (e.g., email systems or ticketing platforms).
